System Requirements

To use the DataPortal system, the following technical requirements must be met.

Internet access¶

  • Stable connection to the Internet (recommended speed of at least 2 Mb/s).
  • When using telemetry devices – data transmission via GSM/LTE or Ethernet according to the module’s configuration.

Web browser¶

The DataPortal system runs in a web browser and does not require installation of additional software. The following up‑to‑date browsers are supported and recommended:

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Safari (for macOS and iOS)

Tip

Make sure that JavaScript and cookies are enabled in your browser.

Devices¶

The system can be run on:

  • PC and Mac computers,
  • tablets,
  • smartphones.

The interface automatically adjusts to the size of the device’s screen.

Screen resolution¶

  • Minimum recommended resolution: 1366 × 768 px
  • Optimal resolution: 1920 × 1080 px or higher.

Account configuration¶

  • An active user account in the DataPortal system.
  • At least one assigned Inventia telemetry module with a valid serial number and IMEI.

Security¶

  • Access to the system takes place via a secure HTTPS connection
  • It is recommended to use current antivirus software and operating system.
